Privacy notice

Forward DSRPT collects the details on this site to enter you, and anyone you register, into its running events. This notice explains what we hold and why. It is written to meet the CITRA Data Privacy Protection Regulation.

What we collect

Your name, email address and mobile number. For every person you enter: their name, date of birth, gender, race, t-shirt size, any add-ons, and the answers to whatever the event asks. Payments are handled by Tap Payments; we never see or store card or KNET details.

Why we hold it

Date of birth sets the age bracket a runner competes in and whether they meet the age limit for a race, so it cannot be left out. Contact details are used for booking confirmations, e-tickets and race day instructions. Nothing here is sold, and nothing is used for marketing without a separate opt-in.

Registering other people

When you enter someone else you are giving us their personal data, so we ask you to confirm you have their permission. For anyone under 18 on race day we ask a parent or legal guardian to consent before the entry can be made.

How long we keep it

Entries, results and the records that prove a waiver was accepted are kept for as long as the event needs them and for as long as the law requires. Accounts with no upcoming entry can be closed from the account settings, which deletes the profiles attached to it.

Your choices

You can see and correct everything held about you from your account, and you can withdraw your consent by closing the account. Withdrawing consent means we can no longer enter you into an event, so any upcoming entry has to be settled first.
